How we score
- Overall Ad Health: the average of the scores below, except vs Competitors, Human Faces, Video on YouTube and Paid Search. These are creative signals, not conversion or profitability measurements.
- Channel Reach: how many of Meta, TikTok and Google/YouTube we found your ads on. Public ad libraries do not cover every country, so not found does not prove you do not run there.
- TikTok Hooks: hook types on your TikTok ads. 5 or more types = 100.
- Video on YouTube: share of your Google ads that are video. For information only, not scored.
- Paid Search: an estimate of monthly search budget and paid keywords. It can miss real spend and is not scored. It only shows with enough data.
- Hook Variety: hook types used. 5 or more types = 100. Meta and TikTok are blended by ad count. A type marked "likely" was our best read, not a sure one.
- Ad Freshness: share of the Meta ads we read that are under 30 days old.
- Hook Clarity: share of labeled ads with the product or problem clear in the first frame or main image.
- Testing Speed: new ads started in the last 14 days. 6 or more = 100.
- Creative Mix: closeness to 70% video and 30% static. 70/30 = 100.
- Human Faces: share of labeled ads showing a face. Product-only and face-led ads are both valid. For information only; excluded from Overall and improvement priorities.
- Offer Strength: share of the ads we read with both an offer and a call to action, checked from their copy and buttons.
- Angle Range: buying reasons used. 4 or more = 100.
- Placement Reach: Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Audience Network used. 3 or more = 100.
- vs Competitors: your Overall against the average of your rivals. Ahead = 75 or more, level = 50, behind = under 50.
- Hook Variety, Hook Clarity and Angle Range need at least 4 labeled ads.
